Your buyers are asking ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google’s AI Mode which vendor to pick, and the answer names three or four brands. A GEO agency’s job is to make sure yours is one of them. The hard part is telling which agencies can actually do that, because nearly every SEO firm now lists “GEO” on its services page.
This guide compares seven GEO agencies on public proof of AI visibility, how they measure results, the off-site work they do, who runs your account and what they charge.
The best GEO agency for most $1M–$50M B2B, SaaS and ecommerce brands is 95 Projects, because it publishes its pricing, keeps senior strategists on every account and documents AI search results in revenue.
95 Projects publishes this guide and ranks itself first. We’ve applied the same criteria to every agency, including our own, and linked to the public source for every result and price below.
| Agency | Best for | GEO services | Starting price | Public proof of AI visibility | Team model |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 95 Projects | $1M–$50M B2B, SaaS and ecommerce brands | GEO, SEO and PPC as one program | From $5,000/month (published) | #1 ChatGPT recommendation in 3 weeks; $70K+ revenue from ChatGPT referrals | Senior strategist on every account |
| iPullRank | Enterprise brands with complex sites | Relevance engineering, technical and entity SEO | Not published | Founder recognized for AI search work | Dedicated pods for enterprise clients |
| Go Fish Digital | Brands that want GEO plus PR and paid | GEO, SEO, digital PR, paid media | Not published (free GEO audit) | Built the Barracuda ChatGPT visibility tool | Full-service agency |
| First Page Sage | B2B in list-driven categories | "Best of" list placement, reviews, PR | Not published (publishes market tiers) | Placement-led GEO since early 2024 | Industry-focused teams |
| NoGood | Consumer and tech brands | AEO strategy, content, earned media, technical | Not published | SteelSeries: 23x AI search traffic, 27x AI conversions | Strategists plus AI search engineers |

| Minuttia | SaaS content programs | AI search strategy, content, digital PR, Reddit | Not published | Content case studies; 94% client retention | Content-led team |
Buying generative engine optimization services is hard because results are easy to claim and hard to verify. We scored each agency on five criteria, using only what it publishes about itself.
Does the agency show a specific client being cited or recommended in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Google’s AI features, with a timeframe?
Ask: “Show me a client prompt where you got them into the answer, and how long it took.”
Mentions are a leading indicator. Pipeline is the result. The best agencies connect the two in your analytics.
Ask: “Which prompts will you track for us, and how do you connect LLM referrals to pipeline?”
AI answers lean heavily on third-party lists, review sites, community threads and news coverage. An agency that only edits your own pages is doing half the job.
Ask: “How much of the monthly work happens off our website?”
GEO is new, and judgment matters more than process. Find out who actually does the work.
Ask: “Who works on my account every week, and how many years of search experience do they have?”
Mid-market brands need to know what they’re signing up for before a sales call.
Ask: “What does month one cost, and what exactly ships in it?”
95 Projects is a search agency that runs GEO, SEO and Google PPC as one program for B2B, SaaS and ecommerce brands doing roughly $1M to $50M in revenue. Its approach starts with the prompts buyers use, builds the bottom-of-funnel pages AI engines cite, and earns mentions on the third-party pages those engines already trust. The founder stays on every account rather than handing clients to junior staff after the sale.
The agency publishes dated client results. Buoy, an electrolyte brand, became ChatGPT’s #1 recommendation for “best electrolytes with no sweeteners” in three weeks (Buoy case study). Constant Hire, a niche recruitment agency, tracked more than $70,000 in revenue from ChatGPT referrals within four months (Constant Hire case study). A B2B financial data platform saw demo requests rise 40% in five months (case study).
From $5,000/month (published).
We’ll run your buyer prompts in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Mode and show you who’s winning them.
iPullRank is a Brooklyn, NY agency founded in 2014 and led by Mike King, who was named Search Engine Land’s 2025 AI Search Marketer of the Year. The agency is known for “relevance engineering,” its framework for making content and site architecture legible to retrieval-based search systems, and it publishes widely on how AI search works.
That depth suits enterprise sites with many templates, large engineering teams and complex entity questions. iPullRank works on a fixed-cost, deliverable-based model with dedicated pods for enterprise clients. Mid-market brands that want hands-on execution and monthly reporting should confirm what’s included in the deliverables.

Go Fish Digital is a Raleigh, NC agency with offices in several US cities that offers GEO alongside SEO, digital PR and paid media. It built Barracuda, a tool for monitoring how a brand appears in ChatGPT, and it offers free GEO audits.
Its cited client results include MoneyGeek, where clicks rose 74.8%. The mix of PR and paid media makes it a reasonable choice for a brand that wants one agency across several channels, though public GEO proof focuses on traffic more than AI-sourced revenue.

First Page Sage’s GEO approach centers on getting clients placed in the “best of” list articles AI engines tend to cite, supported by SEO for those lists, review generation and PR. The agency says it began offering GEO in early 2024 and has industry pages for B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, fintech, healthcare, law firms and manufacturing.
It also publishes a GEO cost breakdown with observed market tiers of $2,000–$3,000, $4,000–$7,000 and $8,000–$12,000 per month (First Page Sage), which is useful for budgeting even though those figures describe the market rather than its own rate card.
Agency fees not published. Publishes GEO market tiers of $2,000 to $12,000 per month.
NoGood is a New York growth agency with an AEO practice covering prompt research, content, earned media and digital PR, social citation strategy and technical work such as schema and site architecture. It uses Goodie AI, a third-party AEO platform, for monitoring and tracking.
Its AEO page reports that a program for SteelSeries drove a 23x increase in AI search traffic and 27x growth in conversions from AI platforms year over year (NoGood). That’s one of the clearer public AI-to-conversion results among the agencies we reviewed.

Minuttia is a content-led SEO and AI search agency working mostly with SaaS companies. Its services include Google and AI search strategy, human and AI-assisted content, digital PR, Reddit marketing and “agent analytics,” which looks at how AI systems discover and surface your pages.
The agency reports a 94% average client retention rate and 24+ month average client tenure as of June 2026 (Minuttia). Its published case studies focus on organic growth and content output rather than AI citations specifically.

This guide is published by 95 Projects, and we rank ourselves first. To keep the comparison fair, we judged every agency on the same five criteria using only information each agency publishes, linked our sources for results and prices, and listed real drawbacks for every entry, including our own. Agencies don’t pay to be included. If you spot something out of date, let us know and we’ll update it.

A GEO agency works to get your brand cited or recommended in AI-generated answers from tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews. That usually includes prompt research, content built to be quoted, technical access for AI crawlers and earning mentions on third-party sites.
SEO aims to rank pages and earn clicks. GEO aims to get your brand named and cited inside AI answers. They share most foundations, which is why the best agencies run them together. Our GEO vs SEO guide covers the differences.
Most GEO agencies don’t publish prices. 95 Projects starts from $5,000 per month, and First Page Sage publishes observed market tiers of $2,000 to $12,000 per month. Expect a monthly retainer, a one-time audit or GEO bundled into an SEO retainer.
Quick fixes, such as unblocking AI search crawlers or adding direct answers to key pages, can show up in weeks. Consistent recommendations for competitive prompts usually take several months of content and off-site work.
Yes. ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI tools pass referral data you can segment in GA4, and you can track how often you’re named for a fixed set of prompts. Add a “how did you hear about us” field to catch buyers who search your name after an AI recommendation.
Not necessarily. If your SEO agency tracks AI prompts, earns third-party mentions and reports AI referral revenue, it’s already doing GEO. If it only reports rankings and traffic, you’re likely missing the off-site and measurement work GEO needs.
For $1M–$50M SaaS companies that want GEO tied to pipeline, 95 Projects is our top pick. Omniscient Digital and Minuttia are also strong B2B software specialists. For a deeper look, see our guide to the best GEO agencies for SaaS.
95 Projects is a strong fit for ecommerce brands that want product recommendations in ChatGPT tied to revenue, as its Buoy case study shows. NoGood is another option for consumer brands that want earned media and social as part of the program.
